Customer's reviews
Maria is the consummate professional! From the day we met my wife and I knew we were going to be totally taken care of.
This was not an easy transaction.
I was in one location. My wife was in another both in a different state than the home we were purchasing. Maria had to juggle a lot of balls to bring this deal to a successful conclusion. She handled all the details and when things got messy with the escrow company she went to bat for us. She got us refunds for work not complete and pushed the deal through. We got the home we wanted at the price we wanted to pay, all thanks to Maria Richards!
Maria has and will continue to have our highest personal endorsement.

After retiring and moving from our home of 40 years we decided to settle in Palm Desert. It was very important to find someone with experience in the area who had a great reputation. When we met Maria for the first time we knew we had met that person. She was extremely personal, made us feel at ease and we knew she would find our perfect home. We spent two days with Maria visiting a number of homes in the area. She made sure we got a taste of the various communities and once she knew what our desires were she honed her attention to our specific wants. After finding the house we wanted she worked diligently to make it happen. She was always just a phone call away. Always responding to all of our questions and needs. We cannot say enough about Maria and her professionalism. Without her we would never have found our forever home.

We recently worked with Maria to purchase our first home and we are beyond satisfied with the work she did for us! Within days of us telling her what we were looking for, she sent us multiple properties for viewing. She was knowledgeable, kind, responsive, HONEST, and made us feel like she was in our corner every step of the way.
One of the things that really stood out to us was her patience and ability to explain the real estate process to us as we were novice buyers. It is obvious that she has tons of experience with all types of buyers and a great knowledge of the area. We would recommend her 10/10 times and we hope to work with her again in the future. Thank you Maria!!
